With the 2022/2023 hockey season approaching, we hope you’re all as excited as we are to get back to it! Ahead of the new season starting, we’ve pulled together the following checklist which we’re asking all members/ parents of members to complete by 30th September 2022.

•Members must be registered on the Carlisle Hockey Club website - click here to register.
•On the the Carlisle Hockey Club, parents must register themselves and add a child (under 14 years old)
•Ensure D.O.B and medical information is complete on the Carlisle Hockey Club website
•Ensure contact details are up to date on Carlisle Hockey Club website
•Members must download the Pitchero app from the google or app store to their phone
•Once the Pitchero app is downloaded, members will need to use the same details used to log into the Carlisle Hockey Club website, to log into the app
•Members must be registered on the Game Management System (GMS) - click here to register .
•On the GMS, parents must register themselves and add a child (under 18 years old)
•Ensure D.O.B and medical information is complete on GMS
•Ensure contact details are up to date on GMS
•Members must have set up their direct debit for membership payment on the Carlilse Hockey Club website/ Pitchero app
•We recommend that members join the Carlisle Hockey Club Facebook group for internal club communications - click here to request to join.

Please remember, if you can’t find a suitable membership option please discuss with captain/committee, we have the option of building bespoke packages. The membership year runs 1st September 2022 - 31st August 2023.

Completing the checklist will not only ensure that you or your child are ready to hit the ground running for the season ahead, but as the club can’t hold information about non-members, you will be removed from the club database, as well as the closed Facebook group if not completed by 30th September.
